The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, on March 23, 2026, issued a Corrigendum to Notification No. 66/2025-26 regarding the restoration of benefits under the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme. The Corrigendum revises Paragraph 2 of the notification to align it with the decision of the Central Government.
The Corrigendum clarifies that the RoDTEP rates and value caps specified in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, as applicable on February 22, 2026, stand restored for all eligible export products with effect from March 23, 2026 to March 31, 2026.
